We offer several levels of delivery service and are normally able to deliver all items within three to five working days from receipt of your order, subject to availability. If we are out of stock on any item or if there is any difficulty with delivery, you will be notified within two working days.

Please note the Express Delivery is for delivery addresses within the UK. All Express Delivery orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery as long as the order has been placed by 1pm. Express delivery is NOT always offered on the website due to busy periods, however please email us with any urgent requests! Insurance will be our responsibility until signed for. *NB Please note that Next Day Delivery will be sent Monday-Thursday.

RETURNS POLICY

Jewellery ordered from our website can be returned unworn for a full refund within a 14 day period starting from the date of delivery.

Sale  No returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items (including flash/limited time promotions). 

Earrings  For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
